How may we help you?



No membership or password is required to make a purchase from Familywallpapers, but in order to shop online you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of your parent/guardian. The prices are specified in the currency chosen, 25% VAT included.

You can make your purchase easily and conveniently directly in our web shop and the products will be delivered by your local mail service, or special delivery, if you have chosen that option.

Upon delivery to Norway, Åland and other non EU countries you will not be charged Swedish VAT but you are responsible for any domestic tax, VAT and customs clearance fees. Check with your local post office or customs authority for information.


Although a smaller area always can be ordered, the minimum billable measurement of custom wallpaper is 3 m². This is due to our fixed start-up costs. We recommend that you add 3–5 cm to the height and width of your photo wall mural when you specify the size during ordering, this will give you a safe margin and adds trim area to ensure a good end result.


If you want to use your own picture you can upload it under "YOUR OWN PICTURE" and fill out our contact form. We will typically contact you with a suggestion free of charge, within one working day. You will receive a detailed order information. Uploading your image at this stage does not obligate you to buy.

In order to obtain the best result we always print on the edges of our canvas prints. When uploading your own picture for canvas printing you have the option to mirror the edges. (See the illustration MIRRORED EDGES CANVAS PRINT)

After receiving your order we will send an order confirmation to your e-mail address.

We will send you a delivery confirmation, with tracking information for your parcel by e-mail.

Delivery time & Shipping


We offer free shipping for orders over 695 SEK, otherwise 79 SEK incl. VAT (does not apply to pallet deliveries). Our photo wallpapers are delivered within 4-5 business days. Delivery is made to the nearest package collection point (shipping agent). For photo wallpaper (non-standard size).

Company orders are shipped to the delivery address specified in the order.

Free shipping is offered for orders over 1199 SEK. Otherwise, the following shipping charges apply.

Denmark: 190 DKK incl. VAT.
Norway: 190 NOK incl. VAT.
Finland and the rest of EU: €19 incl. VAT.
UK: GBP 17 incl. VAT.

Our photo wallpapers are normally delivered within 4-5 business days. Delivery is made to the nearest package collection point (shipping agent).

Company orders are delivered to the shipping address provided in the order. For photo wallpapers (non-standard size).

Outside the EU, Norway & Åland

We apply a flat rate for shipping (106.69 USD ex. VAT) outside of the EU, Norway, and Åland regardless of size and amount. (Does not apply to pallet deliveries).

Remote locations We reserve the right for extended delivery time beyond the information provided as an example here for deliveries to remote locations.

Delivery time standard wallpaper

We sell wallpaper from both Swedish and international wallpaper manufacturers. Delivery times therefore vary. Below are approximate delivery times.

Delivery from domestic (Swedish) manufacturers: about 4-7 working days (unless otherwise stated). Delivery from foreign manufacturers: about 2 weeks (unless otherwise stated).

Scandiwall shall not be held responsible for final sales from the supplier or aggravating circumstances beyond our control that cause delivery times to be longer than specified. We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible to inform you about current conditions. Sometimes goods shown in the web shop are suddenly taken out of production by our suppliers. We will notify you if this is the case with your order. If you are unsure, please contact us.


For deliveries to Norway, Åland, and other non-EU countries, you will not be charged Swedish VAT, but you are responsible for any domestic tax, VAT, and customs clearance fees. Check with your local post office or customs authorities for further information.

Goods not collected

For goods not collected, Familjetapeter charges the full value of the order including other costs such as shipping and any invoice fees to cover Familjetapeter's expenses for material, labor, transport, and administration.

We cooperate with PayEX, a leading supplier of online payment services in the Nordic countries. PayEx's payment services meet all international security requirements.

INVOICE via Klarna with 14 day payment terms

We cooperate with Klarna to offer you a safe and smooth payment service. Invoices are paid within 14 days from ordering. The invoices are sent by post and are paid by postal or bank giro. Note that this payment option is not available for UK customers.

INSTALMENT PLAN via Klarna Konto

An instalment plan with Klarna Konto. You decide how much you want to pay each month, from SEK 50/month or 1/24th of the total amount. The amount can be paid in full at any time. Note that this payment option is not available for UK customers.


Cooling off period

As each custom wallpaper is made to measure and manufactured at request, the cooling off period according to the consumer rights law does not apply. The reason for this is that the product is made to measure with a clear personal stamp.

Cooling off period - wallpaper rolls

Every roll of wallpaper produced belongs to a unique batch of papers dyed in the same dye bath. This means that varying degrees of colour differences may occur between batches owing to the unique colour composition of each dye bath. We wish to inform you, therefore, and with the greatest respect for you as a consumer, that we do not accept returned wallpaper rolls. It is also a good idea to consider this when ordering. It is better to order too much than too little to ensure against ordering extra rolls later. If you need to order extra rolls, you may find they come from a different batch and have a slight colour difference as a consequence. You are most welcome to contact our customer service for samples before ordering or, of course, to visit our store.

Guarantee & faulty goods

We hope that every customer will be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if you need to return a product the following rules apply: Familywallpaper grants 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects on all products. The guarantee does not apply to defects due to wear and tear, incorrect installation or negligence. Our images are quality assured and manufactured of the highest quality material in appropriate production facilities. In order to ensure a product free from defects we have built-in quality checks during the entire manufacturing process. However, we recommend that you always check the product before installation to make sure that it is free from manufacturing defects or transport damages. This is particularly important for our wall papers, as we do not reimburse any costs due to repapering or improper installed wall papers.

We also recommend our customers to use a glue appropriate for wall papers of non-woven quality. Ask your local retail shop if you are unsure. If a different glue has been used we cannot guarantee the result. It is also important to be aware of the fact that images and photographs may vary in hue, shade and resolution depending on different light conditions and the performance of different computer screens. Unfortunately, we are not able to cater for, or take responsible for, differences between the image on the computer display and the delivered product.

Complaints & returns

In case of a faulty product, please send us a short description enclosing any documentation and a photo to We will contact you within 1 working day with instructions. Please do not return any products without first contacting our customer service. Manufacturing defects or transport damages are replaced with a new product free of charge. In accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act any claims regarding a manufacturing defect on a product must be submitted within 3 years.

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time upon the detection of the defect. If a manufacturing defect complaint is submitted after the expiration of the guarantee period, the burden of proof switches to the buyer.

Other information

In order to guarantee a good end result it is important that the enclosed installation instructions are followed. Non-woven wall paper are considered easy to hang, however if you are uncertain of your ability, we recommend you employ a professional. We reserve the right not to be responsible for misprints, the correctness of the information, or any errors in specifications of all our products and services. All image information on our pages is to be viewed as illustrations, and we cannot guarantee that the image reflects the exact look or properties of the product.


The material and printing used in the making of our wallpapers are of high quality. We offer a wide range of wallpapers with both fixed measurements and custom ones which can be adjusted to fit your wall. We recommend that you order your photo wallpaper with additional 3-5 cm in both width and height. We offer two different types of material:

Photo wallpaper (Fixed dimensions Standard)

Our standard wallpaper is a price worthy wallpaper printed on the material blueback. The glue is applied directly on the panels and the lengths are mounted edge to edge. The wallpaper is easy to install but if you feel unsecure about doing it yourself please hire a professional. Installation instructions are always included with our deliveries.

Photo wallpaper (Fixed dimensions Premium and Custom sizes)

Our premium and custom made wallpapers are of very high quality and printed the durable material non-woven. The glue is applied directly on the wall (nonwoven glue) and the panels are mounted edge to edge The wallpaper is easy to install but if you feel unsure about doing it yourself please hire a professional. The custom wallpaper is Fire protection classified according to material class DIN EN 13501-1; C-s1, d0. Installation instructions are always included with our deliveries.

Upload your own photo wallpaper

Familywallpaper will accept the following file formats: JPG or TIFF. The image must be of the highest resolution and correctly oriented (portrait/landscape). We recommend 1 pixel/mm print. For example: If your required wallpaper size is 2000 mm x 2200 mm, the image should be 2000 x 2200 pixels. If the file size of your image is greater than 10MB please contact us:
