We reserve the right to replace defective goods with equivalent products in the event that identical products are not available when the goods are returned. When refunding returned products, the lowest amount of the product’s daily price and the invoiced price are credited to your account.

Once we have received the returned goods, it can take up to 10 working days until the payment has been refunded to your account.

How to make a return

1. Contact customer service to make a return request.
2. State your name, order number and which product you wish to return.
3. For complaints, you must send photos of the defects in questions, as well as the label on the
wallpaper roll with the print number clearly visible.
4. We send you a return slip via email, which you print out. You then hand in the parcel to your
postal agent.
5. We have a 14 day return policy, which applies from the date on which you receive your products up to and including the day on which you make a return request, in accordance with current consumer protection regulation.
6. The product to be returned must be shipped within 14 days calculated from the date on which your return request was
approved. This applies to unopened products
7. For custom-made products, the return policy does not apply.
